One system, one contract, one price
We're not the cheapest, and that's deliberate. The subscription covers the whole product — files, warehouse, invoicing, portals and visibility — with no per-shipment fee. Onboarding is quoted separately and always charged: it's what gets you into production in weeks.
How pricing works
Pricing, variable by variable
Offices
One office or a network of fifty. You pay for the offices you actually run on Rowan Cargo.
Users
The people on your team who use the platform. Grow or shrink it as your team changes.
Shipments: unlimited
No per-transaction fee and no metering. Move 40 shipments a month or 400: the price is the same.
Onboarding
Quoted separately, with a written scope, data migration, training and a go-live date. Charged on purpose: free implementations get paid for in the months you take to go live.

Pricing questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
An annual contract, and you leave with your data whenever you want. Confidence, not a padlock.
Can I get a discount?
The subscription doesn't move. What we adjust is the scope: fewer offices, fewer modules, a shorter onboarding. Dropping the fee just means charging it to the next client.
Why do you charge for onboarding?
Because migrating your files, rates and history isn't free — and whoever gives it away charges you for it in the months you take to go live. Ours comes with a written scope, data migration, training and a date.
Do you charge per shipment?
Never. Shipments are unlimited on all three plans — you pay per seat, so your bill doesn't move when your volume does.
Aren't you expensive?
We're not the cheapest, on purpose. Compare the total: our subscription against a per-shipment fee plus the tax-compliance system you'd still need plus the integration between them.
