No. They enter the portal via a magic-link from the browser, or use the mobile app.

What languages is it in?
Portal and app in Spanish and English, ready for international clients.
Is there a lock-in period?
An annual contract, and you leave with your data whenever you want: we help you export it. Confidence, not a padlock. We'd rather you stay because it works.
