What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily when you request a demo or contact us: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. When you browse, our hosting may process technical data (such as IP address) in server logs for security and operation.
Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo — legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- To keep the service secure and operational — legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To send commercial information about Rowan Cargo, only if you agree — legal basis: consent.
Where your data is stored
Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Madrid). We do not transfer your data to third countries. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us operate the service (hosting, email), acting as data processors under contract and within the EU. We never share your data for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the commercial relationship, and afterwards only as required to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to or limit the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to hola@rowan.gal. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
